REFUNDS
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please contact us before your monthly/annual renewal date and we will cancel it immediately. If you contact us after the charge has gone through, we can still cancel your account, but we’ll have to deduct $2 from any refund issued (if applicable) because our payment processor now charges us for refunds. We know, this stinks, and we really wish we could afford to eat these processing charges.
